At Fyuli by Neelam, every piece is handpainted by hand — making each one truly one of a kind. We want you to have a seamless shopping experience, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy is designed to accommodate various scenarios, ensuring you are always happy with your purchase.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a return pickup at no cost to you. Kindly ensure all original tags are intact before the item is picked up.
2. Store Credit for Returns
If you are unsure about keeping the product, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery for store credit. Once your return request is approved, ship the item back to us. A shipping charge of ₹100 each way will be borne by the customer. Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Conditions for All Returns
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be intact
- Item must be in its original packaging.
